The testeronic male and their preference for young meat

To the uninitiated, this is a reply post to this post made earlier by my sis.

The article that I forwarded you did not say anywhere that all men are looking for women in their 20s. It merely explained why many women who choose their career over their personal lives end up regretting it later in life and that they deserve their fate. So love, you need to put aside that selective filter of yours and do a re-read of the article!

Now I would like to state before I say anything more that I believe that all women of this era should work - unless of course they would prefer not to - in any field that they like. They are streets, roads, and maybe even highways ahead of their male counterparts in some fields (vice-versa for others :D but hey ... equality and all that right?) . I understand that personal lives sometimes get in the way of their career, but hey that's true for guys as well! It's not always easy for guys to put their careers ahead of their personal lives (the ones that do are stupid IMHO). I mean once you have a family, it is almost impossible for the guy to make decisions that he could have otherwise!

Anyways enough digressing. Let's get to the matter in hand. That men tend to prefer younger women to older women. Again not true for all, but yes true for most guys. Why?

Well I'm sure that nature has something to do with that, but that aside, younger women are easier to grow into a relationship with for a guy. There is a sense of discovery for both parties and with a younger woman it tends to be easier for a guy. Also younger women tend to be more dependent on a guy, which makes it easier for a guy to play the knight in shining armour bit. Egotistical? Of course, but then don't women have thier own quirks?

Older women tend to have a been there done that attitude that is unsettling for a guy. Yes guys tend to be egoistical, but well, appearing to control a relationship is what guys are taught to be! Society is still progressing from being completely male-dominated to one where women have an equal status. Miles to go before we can actually say that men and women are considered to be equal in all respects.

In my opinion both men and women have to take the time to find a medium between establishing their personal lives and their professional ones. If they choose one over the other they will suffer and deserve to suffer for making such a poor choice. After all what is life without having a partner you love and can grow old with? So women who choose to further only their careers should learn to live with the fact that they are not as desirable at an older age no matter how successful they are at work. C'est la vie!
