I knew about this sometime back during a conv with a fren of mine. But till that time I had not noticed it. So does it really make a diff? I really don't know. I think what finally matters is service and delivery. If it fails on both those counts, the arrow in its logo is not going to help isn't it?

bingo balaji. if the service fails and they fail to keep upto their promise, whtever the logo, it'd not make any diff.
